Party Pictures!

Yesterday was the big day -- we celebrated Cohen's first birthday! We kept the party pretty small and just invited our family over. It was a beautiful fall day and the kids enjoyed the pinata. Cohen was interested in all his presents, but I think his favorite part was definitely the cake! He was a little unsure at first, but after a little experimenting he started digging in. He had no trouble finishing the whole piece of cake either.

It's hard to believe that our little man is almost one! (Tuesday is his actual birthday.) I just want him to stop growing so fast. He learns something new everyday and he is turning into quite the little entertainer. Robby taught him to put his hands on his face and shake his head when Robby says, "You're driving me crazy!" We'll definitely have to get that on video. Cohen's latest favorite game is pretending like someone is going to get him. Robby will usually be the one to "get him" but during the day Cohen also likes to pretend like the dogs are going to get him. He starts laughing and hurrying over to me and buries his head on my shoulder -- just the cutest thing.

He is pulling up on everything and cruising the furniture and I think in no time he will be walking on his own. I am perfectly content with him not walking right now -- I stay pretty busy keeping up with him as he crawls everywhere!
